San Diego Roof Replacement for Good Life Property Management
One of the things I honestly enjoy most about roofing here in San Diego is seeing a project go from worn out and weathered to completely refreshed and protected again. A roof really changes the look and feel of a property, and it’s always satisfying watching the transformation happen over a few days.
Our crew recently completed a roof replacement in San Diego for Good Life Property Management, and I wanted to share a few photos from the project.
This property had a mixed roofing system, which is very common around San Diego. The pitched roof sections had aging asphalt shingles that had reached the end of their life, and the flat roof portion had an older torch-down system that needed restoration.
When we first arrived, the roof had clearly done its job for many years, but it was definitely time for an upgrade.
