The company that sold, installed and warranted your system is no longer in business to stand behind it.

What the bankruptcy means for your system

• The workmanship warranty is typically gone. The promise covering how your system was installed — the mounting, the wiring, the roof penetrations — was Infinity Energy's, and a bankruptcy typically leaves it unenforceable. If you believe the installation itself was defective, California's CSLB has consumer resources, and bankruptcy courts publish claims deadlines — but neither fixes the system on your roof.
• Manufacturer warranties usually survive. The panels, inverters and batteries on your roof carry their own manufacturer warranties, typically 10–25 years from the install date, honored by the manufacturer directly. What you lost is the company that used to handle those claims for you — the diagnosis, the paperwork, the replacement labor. In many cases we can replace failed equipment at no cost to you under the manufacturer's warranty — our inspection report tells us whether you qualify.
• Monitoring may have gone dark. If your production reporting ran through an Infinity-managed account, it may have stopped when the company did. Your system is probably still producing — but nobody's confirming it.

• $399 system and roof inspection report — an honest read on what your system needs, in writing, including when the answer is "nothing yet." Credited in full toward any work you hire us for.
• Diagnostics and repair under an active C-10 electrical classification: inverter faults, panel failures, arc-fault trips, wiring and connection issues.
• Monitoring restoration — moved to an account you control, so no company's fate can dark your dashboard again.
• Manufacturer warranty legwork — we identify the failed component, file the claim and do the labor.
• Detach and reset for reroofs — when the roof under the array reaches end of life, one company removes the panels, replaces the roof and reinstalls them, with roofing and electrical on the same license and one written warranty across the whole job.
• Battery retrofits — adding storage to an existing system, sized for today's net billing rules.
